Absolutely no refunds will be given: Only exchanges or store credits will be issued on unworn items.

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return item(s) for an exchange or store credit at and we will gladly accept returns for products originally purchased here. We will exchange for the exact shoe style purchased originally. This merchandise must be returned to the location of original shipment (the address listed on your packing slip).

 Exchanging your purchase

 Exchanges must be made within 30 days of placing your order. Do not return any merchandise outside of the return window without contacting customer service. For all returns please use our return portal. You can find the link on our homepage that stats "Return Merchandise". 

ALL ITEMS must be in original “new” condition or the return will not be allowed.

ALL ITEMS does not accept exchanges unless they are returned in their original packing.

SHOES: All shoe boxes must be shipped back in an outer carton. Any shoe boxes shipped back without an outer shipping carton will be refused.

 Please write your order number and date of order on the outside of your shipping carton. Please ship your exchange via a traceable signature-required service to ensure delivery and proper credit.

 Unfortunately, at this time, return shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all Return Merchandise cost.

 Please allow a minimum of fourteen (7-10) days for us to receive and process your return. In most instances, your return will be processed much sooner. You will receive an email notification when your merchandise has been processed and shipped.

 Even Exchanges

 On your return slip, please specify the reason for exchanging and what you would like to exchange your merchandise for. Do not place a separate order for your exchange. A Customer service representative will place your exchange order manually. will auto ship even exchanges.


Damaged or Defective Products

 All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email at within 30 days of your order date.  Please include digital photos of all angles of the shoes, including the bottoms, for review. We may request that you send the shoes to our Quality Assurance Department for further review. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received.

 Please note that the product life expectancy depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Any product damage determined to be normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be covered or replaced.
